Sodexo has embraced the latest digital solutions and adopted innovative approaches to engage clients and consumers to ensure that we improve the quality of life of whom we serve. Its first ever multitaction table for instance allowed CHROs to explore their leadership styles in a unique and enjoyable fashion, through meals, which they could customize at this table. When merely designing a meal can provide insights into leadership styles, the opportunities offered by use of AR and analytics in tandem then become limited only by the bounds of imagination. This was one more innovative way of communicating the benefits of Sodexo Meal Pass, a digital meal benefit solution accepted at 40,000+ outlets in India across 1500 cities.
Sodexo went an extra mile with its initiative and provided mid-day meals to children at Akshaya Patra Foundation with every tweet of people who shared the leadership style on social media.
